Week 3 Day 1, Wednesday March 8, 2017 Dealing with loss

This happens every time I would loose weight:  In my head somewhere I have this feeling that I can't loose, (even if I did!)  so I have to make that a reality.  My other self fights it but always seems to loose the battle.  I got so I just wouldn't look at the scale.  At Weight Watchers I wouldn't pay attention to the numbers.  This actually did help somewhat.

So we had weigh-in last evening and this morning I woke up kind of not believing that I did loose 7 lbs and then just not believing it will stay off.  This is really important to me to loose weight and feel better and I am nervous about when I am back on my own.  I have to have a plan ahead and am hoping the program will help with this.  I think I need some hypnosis or something!

I went for a walk by myself today, just a short one, 10 min.

We got this weeks food last night:

7 Chicken soup
7 tomato soup

7 chocolate shakes
7 strawberry shakes
7 vanilla shakes

7 peppermint chocolate bar
7 double berry bar

If you notice I have 7 extra servings for this week....that is because I got an extra box of 7 servings of soup.  That is because I will be trying out tomato soup tonight, if I don't like it I will not be stuck with a whole week with a soup a day that I don't like.

When I put in the order for next week I added more extra food for variety, not for eating extra:

7 Chicken soup
7 tomato soup

7 chocolate shakes
7 strawberry shakes
7 vanilla shakes

7 powdered vanilla shakes - for keeping in the car

7 peppermint chocolate bar
7 double berry bar
7 Fudge Graham

I will be going on a trip for 4 days in May so I will be stockpiling the powdered shakes and some soup and bars for taking on the trip.
